About us
Built on a career of watching out for people
Northwatch Group exists because protecting people's homes shouldn't feel any different than protecting people, period.
Our story
Northwatch Group was founded by two professionals who saw a gap between the security industry's traditional approach and what homeowners actually need while they're away.
One of us spent a career in law enforcement. The other spent a career building and running businesses. Northwatch is what happens when those two backgrounds point at the same problem: giving people real, verifiable peace of mind about the homes they can't watch themselves.
Our mission
To give professional athletes, seasonal residents, absentee owners, busy homeowners and the agents who sell their homes a level of oversight they can actually trust. Delivered by people trained to notice what others miss, and documented so nothing is left to guesswork.

Questions clients ask us most
Property watch
Are our records, home address, and personal information kept confidential?
Yes, completely. Your address, access details, and anything we learn while caring for your property are kept strictly confidential and are never shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party. Discretion isn't an add-on for us. It's the foundation of every client relationship.
Who actually has access to my keys and codes?
Only Northwatch staff, with access logged for every visit. Nothing is shared or subcontracted to a third party.
What does a visit report include?
Time-stamped photos, an interior and exterior checklist, and any issues found, sent to you by email after every visit.
What happens after a big storm?
We offer monsoon and storm inspections to check for leaks, roof damage and debris. Gold clients get them included; on other plans we schedule one on request.
How much does this cost?
It depends on your property's size and how often you'd like visits. We give you an exact quote after a short assessment, with no cookie-cutter pricing.
Can I pause or change service anytime?
Yes. A call or email is all it takes to pause, resume, or adjust your visit schedule.
Realtor safety
Who will be at my showing, and what will they wear?
A Northwatch professional in business attire. We blend in as part of your team, so buyers see a well-run showing rather than a security detail.
What do you do if someone causes a problem?
Our approach is built around risk mitigation, professional presence, and de-escalation. Our goal is to identify potential issues early, maintain a calm and professional demeanor, and resolve situations peacefully whenever possible.
If someone becomes disruptive or creates a safety concern, we assess the situation, establish appropriate boundaries, and use clear, respectful communication to reduce tension. We prioritize the safety of our clients, their guests, and everyone involved. If a situation cannot be safely resolved, we disengage when appropriate and coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
Our objective is not to create confrontation, but to deter problems, manage risks, and help ensure a safe and controlled environment.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. A few days' notice lets us review the property first, but contact us for short-notice coverage and we'll do our best.
Can our brokerage set up coverage for multiple agents?
Yes. We can arrange ongoing coverage for a team or office. Reach out and we'll put together a plan.
